The past week saw the official announcement of the brand new Xbox One, which gave gamers a chance to see a close look at the console and controller itself, along with new features and what they will entail. In other news, Kanye West announced the title of his upcoming album, including more planned projections over the course of this weekend. June 18th is certainly proving to be an important date in hip-hop with the likes of Kanye, J. Cole, Mac Miller and Statik Selektah all dropping their new albums.
In terms of music, we had the opportunity to hear new work from Wale, Nipsey Hussle, Lupe Fiasco, Beyonce, Ciara, Disclosure, Harry Fraud, Sir Michael Rock and many more. Full projects were released by the likes of Brian Fresco, Travi$ Scott, The-Dream, Chuck Inglish, Gucci Mane, Rick Ross and Birdman, Ryan Hemsworth and Ludacris to name a few.
