Another week has been left behind, but not without controversy. Nas informed us this week that his album title was changed, untitled, and then Al Sharpton approved. Get prepared for the video because it is coming. MTV also released their “Honorable Mentions” list and there was a little bit of an argument considering Nas didnt make the cut but Rocko did. Saigon gave us hope as he walked away from Atlantic a free man and said goodbye to his frustuating run at the label.
On the music side of things, Nas & Common laced us with some heat this week and Saigon made us believe it. Little Brother made us wish 9th Wonder was still doing their production, while the Mad Rapper was back yelling out his anger, Brooklyn style. We took a page out of the untold scriptures for mixtape of the week, and video of the week went to a guy W.A.L.E.D.A.N.C.I.NG.
