In one of the biggest weeks for album releases this year, there was still no shortage of other artists putting out new material. As well as album releases from Kanye West, J. Cole, Mac Miller, Statik Selektah, Quasimoto and Kelly Rowland, we were informed of a brand new project from Jay-Z, which will be arriving in its entirety on July 4th. Away from the music news, Microsoft decided to make a few major changes to their hardware in the Xbox One, allowing consumers to use pre-owned games and be able to use the console offline.
New music came from the likes of John Legend, Asher Roth, Danny Brown, Jahlil Beats, Young Scooter, Mikky Ekko, Kevin Gates and many more, with the chance to hear projects from Wale, Slum Village, Vince Staples, Iman Omari and a number of albums that were released this past Tuesday, June 18th.
