We were late to The xx party, but we had 3 years to catch up and we’re glad we did.
Their debut album, XX, was an awesome listen from front to back and with their sophomore effort Coexist making its release on September 11, the London band has put out “Angels,” our first listen for the upcoming album.
As they’ve stated, their new project will be highly influenced by club music, but we can’t hear that on this new record. Instead, they keep it mellow and in their lane.
