Last Monday, G.O.O.D. Music’s own Travi$ Scott was in NYC for a live performance at the “Vitaminwater Uncapped” event series. In the clip above, we see highlights from his performance with special guest Trinidad Jame$, as he opens up about making beats and rapping all day to perfect his hip-hop craft.
Being a Houston artist, he wanted to stand out from the normal sound which he traveled to Los Angeles, New York, Paris, and London to morph into the artist we see today. He closes out with speaking on working with Kanye West for “YEEZUS” and giving JAY Z beats for the “Magna Carta Holy Grail” that were originally planned for his new album.
Speaking of which, he closes out speaking on the project which he has tracks recorded with Kid Cudi, M.I.A. and creating with Kanye and T.I.P.
