Last night, MTV held the 2017 edition of their Video Music Awards in Inglewood, California. The star-studded event was held at The Forum and hosted by Katy Perry. Kendrick Lamar kicked off the show with a fiery performance of his DAMN. albums singles “DNA.” and “HUMBLE.” dressed in his Kung Ku Kenny attire. Not only did Kdot perform, but he also took home six of the eight awards he was nominated for. Including Best Hip-Hop Video, Artist of the Year and Video of the Year.
In addition Lamar, the likes of Ed Sheeran, Lil Uzi Vert, Gucci Mane, Cardi B, KYLE, Alessia Cara, Khalid, Logic, Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus and other also took over the stage to perform at the 2017 Video Music Awards.
