It’s been two years since Tyler The Creator released his third studio album Cherry Bomb. These days fans are lucky to even get a guest feature from the Odd Future rapper, but hopefully a new album is in the works soon. Anyway, earlier this year Tyler brought his 2015 album back to life through an official documentary release back in January.
Director Mikey Alfred of of Illegal Civ Cinema has taken it upon himself to share Cherry Bomb: The Documentary in its entirety just four months following the release. Tyler narrates the 42-minute documentary that highlights the making of his Cherry Bomb album and features appearances from Kanye West, Pharrell, Vince Staples, A$AP Rocky, Lil Wayne, and many more of Tyler’s rap peers.
