Wiz Khalifa definitely has some great mixtapes under his belt, but one of the standouts throughout his mixtape catalog has to be the classic Cabin Fever mixtape series. More so the first installment over the second, which had some bangers as well, but Cabin Fever with Lex Luger is without a doubt the most memorable one. Wiz Khalifa is getting ready to add to that series soon with the release of Cabin Fever 3 and the news of it comes in the latest DayToday vlog “Working On New Heat.”
The episode gives viewers access to a mixture of performance and behind the scenes footage of Wiz and his Taylor’s kicking it with Curren$y, Ty Dolla $ign, Berner and many others. While in the studio, Wiz works with TM88, Sonny Digital, 2 Chainz and K CAMP. We also hit the video shoot for the recently released “Winning” music video.
While Wiz doesn’t reveal an actual release date for the project, you should be expecting it to release soon while he continues to work on his next studio album, Rolling Papers 2: The Weed Album. The mixtape is a follow up to 2012’s Cabin Fever 2 and the third since the original Cabin Fever released in 2011.
