A short while has passed since we last heard new music from Youth Is DEAD, but his latest track assures us there’s a lot to be excited for. “Lovers On The Moon” is an instrumental for the most part, layered with simple five-word vocals that effortlessly return at different areas of the record. The song begins with a period of soft synths, and with the help of drums and additional sound effects, it carefully transcends into what could easily soundtrack an evening with Ryan Gosling in Nicolas Winding Refn’s Drive.
