The world has been waiting for ZAYN [Malik]’s first solo release since leaving his One Direction band mates behind last year and signing a solo deal with RCA Records, and now it’s finally here. It comes in the form of his debut solo single “PILLOWTALK” that he co-wrote with R&B artist MYKL, Anthony Hannides and Levi Lennox, producer of M.I.A’s “Borders“. Directed by Bouha Kazmi, the music video sees Malik co-starring alongside his real life girlfriend and top model, Gigi Hadid, and they share some intimate moments with one another throughout the sexual fantasia video that features kaleidoscopic effects.
“PILLOWTALK” is the first single from ZAYN’s upcoming debut studio album, Mind of Mine, due out later this year on RCA Records.
