The 2017 NBA Draft Results

Here’s what happened for Draft Night ‘17!

The 2017 season saw some of the most lackluster competition we’ve ever witnessed in the history of the NBA. With the Golden State Warriors coming short of one game of being the first team to go 16-0 in the post-season, in route to their second title in three years, the off-season officially begins tonight. The NBA Draft returns to Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, as teams like the Los Angeles Lakers and Philadelphia 76ers will be looking to add cornerstone franchise pieces.

However, outside of those two teams, no other players have been linked to one team, as we expect many trades to happen tonight – setting up for free agency possibilities of LeBron James leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers. It’s unlikely that the team can compete with their arch-rival next season, if the exact roster returns, especially since they’re not getting Jimmy Butler or Paul George anymore.

If your favorite team is not named the New York Knicks, enjoy tonight’s festivities from the NBA.
