50 Cent’s First Pitch Was Absolutely Horrible

50 Cent is a marketing genius on the sly.

Damn, and we thought Swaggy P’s first pitch was bad. Thanks to 50 Cent, Nick Young looks a Cy Young Award winner on the mound. Ok, maybe not that much, but he matched his flop levels at the least. Look at both cameramen standing there. They both almost got beamed. Like anyone would when you’re drenched in failure, Fif reacted in a positive manner, laughing hysterically at his own throw.

The Mets announcer threw him under the bus, though. Homie quickly said, “it’s good he never had a chance to play for the Mets or being a rapper” after he was asked about the pitch. Ouch. No chill on the play.

We wouldn’t doubt if he did it on purpose for jokes either. Do remember, it’s Animal Ambition season. Plus, he was there to promote the upcoming New York Mets concert series at Citi Field, kicking things off on June 14. We see you, G!

UPDATE: 50 Cent was throwing strikes during warm up! We knew you were up to something Fif! Video after the jump.

How does this rank in worst pitches of all time?

Is he slightly ahead of President Obama? Will Carly Rae Jepsen’s atrocious throw be forgotten? Is Baba Booey now off the leader board?

Thanks for laugh Curtis!
