Aaron Gordon Steals Ball and Slams It Home With Reverse Pump

This year has been great for slam dunks. From LeBron James completely shattering rims, Russell Westbrook thundering down baskets and opponents and young guys like Aaron Gordon and Zach Lavine performing NBA Dunk Contest practice jams during the games, it’s been lit.

Tonight against the Washington Wizards, Gordon turned a defensive play into an offensive highlight reel when he stole the ball on the other side of the court, started the fast break and finished with authority. Jodie Meeks could have taken it himself when he first took the pass, but decided to feed the Magic forward for yet another highlight.

Unfortunately, Aaron didn’t have a crazy game and only scored 9 points total.

The Magic still won the game, though. Jeff Green came off the bench and dropped 20 points for the squad, while Elfrid Payton had himself a hell of a game with 25 points and 9 assists too.

FINAL: ORL 124 | WAS 116
