The pay day has come for Aaron Rodgers, as the quarterback had received a new extension thanks to the Green Bay Packers. The deal is worth a reported $134 million, with $103 million being guaranteed money. The record breaking deal that will go until 2023 can balloon up to $180 million in total earnings depending on incentives as well, bumping his salary up to $33.5M a year.

Rodgers will receive $67 million of his guaranteed money by the end of 2018, plus $13 million before March 19, 2019.
This makes A-Rod the highest paid QB in the NFL and pretty much seals the deal that he will retire in Green Bay, considering the deal will take him into his 40’s.
