Blake Griffin Sinks Buzzer Beater Against Trail Blazers

It was a great game in Portland tonight and it came down to the wire.

With no Chris Paul on the squad to take the rock with the final seconds anymore, Blake Griffin put it on his shoulders for the Los Angeles Clippers and won the game thanks to a buzzer beater. Off an in-bounds, Patrick Beverly gave Griffin the ball at the top of the key and Blake pulled up to shoot from downtown following a screen. He pumped faked it and finally put it up before the clock ran out, draining it from deep to win the game.

Griffin was 2-5 from 3-point range on the night, so it wasn’t like he wasn’t hitting them to begin with. He finished the game with 25 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists.

Clip City Chip City is officially 4-0 and one of the surprise teams of the NBA.
