The Clippers hand down punishment to Blake

Two weeks ago, Blake Griffin broke his hand after punching an equipment manager, Matias Testi. While the Los Angeles Clippers remained quiet on the situation on what really happened, the fans of Lob City and media have been left in the dark, regarding his current situation.

Well, today team owner Steve Ballmer and President of Basketball Operations and Head Coach Doc Rivers released a statement, saying Blake has been suspended four games without pay and will also withhold his wages for one additional game – upon his arrival back to the team.

It’s not clear when Blake will be cleared to resume activities; but given their recent successful play of small ball, we’re not sure if the team is in any rush to have their star rushing back to the court.
