B-Marsh stays in Jersey, but not in jets green!

Last year, one of the most impressive things in the NFL, was the defense of the New York Giants. Unfortunately, their offensive line was one of the league’s worst; but now they get a major upgrade over their recently dismissed veteran wide receiver, Victor Cruz.

Today, the team has announced that they’ve signed Brandon Marshall to a new two-year deal; which now makes them instant Super Bowl contenders. Although they haven’t addressed their o-line or rushing, Marshall’s veteran leadership and guidance will help propel the careers of both Odell Beckham, Jr. and rookie Sterling Shepard. Finishing with an 11-5 record in the NFC East, the team will now have an out-spoken general, to change the entire make-up of New York.

Last season, Marshall garnered almost 800 yards in receiving, without a quarterback for the New York Jets; but now he’ll have a proven winner, to give his 11-year career a rejuvenation. As teams gear up for more stand-out names on the market, the Giants may have gotten the steal of the entire NFL off-season. Let us know in the comments if you expect the Giants to be a wildcard team.
