Sir Charles is Disappointed
Earlier this morning on ESPN Radio’s Mike and Mike, Charles Barkley called in to voice his opinion on the shocking free agency signing of Kevin Durant with the Golden State Warriors. The general perception of the public, is that the Warriors have a chance to win multiple championships in the next few years – which may hurt the NBA due to the lack of competition.
In the video above, Barkley opened up on being disappointed that Durant joined a gravy train to win a quick title and went to cite how it was essentially cheating. Sir Charles maintained that he wanted Kevin to remain a bus driver (instead of a bus rider) and called it a scapegoat move – before comparing it with LeBron James going to the Miami Heat in 2010.
