Cleveland Cavaliers Blowout Celtics & Head to NBA Finals

The Boston Celtics upset the Cleveland Cavaliers in one game during this Eastern Conference Finals playoff series. It wasn’t going to happen again.

Once LeBron James kicks it into high gear, he’s not looking back.

That’s exactly what happen tonight and as a collective, the Cavs made sure they put their foot on the necks of the Celtics, because they wanted to finish them off and head right back to the NBA Finals for the third year in a row to face the Golden State Warriors.

Yes, that means King James is headed to the NBA Finals for the seventh straight time in his career.

This also marks the first time in NBA history that two teams face each other three consecutive times. They’re already calling this the trilogy. Because it is.

There’s not much to say about this game but the fact that Cleveland set records for most points in the first quarter and halftime in franchise history. They were just beasting.

There was really no stopping LeBron, especially after he was searching to become the scoring leader on the postseason points list. He passed Michael Jordan as No. 1 in the history books.
