We’ve been hearing reports that DeMarcus Cousins will be returning to the Golden State Warriors starting lineup this Friday, and before we see him take the court for the first since his ACL injury, he talked to Rachel Nichols for a very informative interview.
During his talk with ESPN, he spoke about some of his rehab and what that’s been like, what the storyline with Dub Nation has been like and why he’s coming back stronger than ever. He even went as far as to say that the Warriors are the “most hated team in sports” because of the talent of the team. He expects to get back on the court and wants to play hard every night to prove that he can still do it.
It’ll be interesting to see how much better Golden State is with Boogie, considering they lack a post presence and could use someone like him down low.
