Tank did win that too. . .
Floyd Mayweather post fight Gervonta Davis vs. Isaac Cruz interview video, opens light to what all retired boxers think about criticism. Sunday night, the boxing world was treated to a rare Sunday evening event in the sport, featuring Gervonta Davis defending his WBA (Regular) lightweight titles against Isaac Cruz.
The talk of the night was Isaac Cruz having a coming out party, but it was soon revealed after the fight that Tank Davis fought with an injured hand. There’s already a rematch being called, but we don’t see a purpose in one, given the fact that Tank stopped throwing jabs at the end of the fight and still won.
Following the fight, Floyd Mayweather shared a few choice words about how the media and fans don’t care about the well-being of fighters, which Floyd mentioned he was one of the only fighters in history to exit the sport on top in perfect health.
