JaVale McGee is Really Developing a 3-Point Shot

Scary if this happens consistently in-game

Throughout the off-season, LeBron James and the Houston Rockets have dominated headlines, regarding their off-season tuning up for 2018. However, nobody is mentioning that the Golden State Warriors have actually improved their depth, with veteran signings of Nick Young and Omri Casspi.

But, now the team is looking to build upon their long-range shooting, as back-up center JaVale McGee has been in the gym this summer working on his jumpshot shot.

The 29-year-old took to social media this weekend to show a brief clip of him draining a few long-distance buckets. Last season, McGee became the biggest surprise of the team, being a positive impact on the floor; whenever head coach Steve Kerr would insert him into the game.

Considering he’ll stay a last option on a team with four all-stars, the rest of the league should be very scared if he’s actually able to knock these down in-game. Take a look at the clip below.
