Where could Joakim go next month?
Last January, Joakim Noah suffered a season-ending shoulder injury – which left a big void on the Chicago Bulls front-court. With the team set to look into possibly trading away former franchise player Derrick Rose and potentially decide whether or not to stick with Jimmy Butler and the remaining four years on his maximum contract – Noah is already telling teammates he’s gone.
According to the Chicago Sun Times and an anonymous player on the team, Joakim “has no trust in the front office getting this in the right direction.” Following the firing of Tom Thibodeau last summer and losing his role as a starter under the Fred Hoiberg system, Noah is nearing the final years of his career and wants to make sure he has success in a trustworthy situation.
Currently, the rumored teams right now are the New York Knicks (hometown), Miami Heat (see: NCAA), San Antonio Spurs (if Timmy retires) and Golden State Warriors (self explanatory). Let us know in the comments where you think the former captain of the Bulls should take his talents.

Joakim Noah as a member of the Miami Heat would make the East awfully interesting.

LRT: If Noah's leaving Bulls, expect Knicks to make a strong pitch. Phil Jackson and Noah have a rapport. And Noah has NY roots.
