Johnny Manziel Speaks to Media for First Time Since Return from Rehab

RIP to the Money $ign!

Last winter, Johnny Manziel entered into a rehab treatment facility for alleged alcohol abuse. The former Heisman trophy winner saw limited action in his rookie season with the Cleveland Browns, going 0-2 in both starts and threw two interceptions last year. Now home from getting his life and health back on track in rehab, the College Football legend is looking to leave some antics many dislike about him in the past and take a more serious approach to his professional career this season. The Browns currently have Josh McCown set as their starting off-season QB at the moment, but Manziel is still in the running to land the job down the line.

In his first interview with media since the rehab stint, Maziel spoke about the upcoming 2015 season and is only thinking about football – nothing else. He even went as far as to say he’s no longer doing his trademark money sign, which has been discontinued effective immediately. Watch more from the now humbled Johnny Football in the interview above, detailing how he plans to contribute to the team in any shape he can.
