Kyle Lowry Out Remainder of 2017 Season after Surgery

After missing his last two games of action, Kyle Lowry received some unfortunate news, regarding his shooting hard. The Toronto Raptors ran test on their star point-guard, and revealed they would be without Lowry for the remainder of the season. He’s set to undergo surgery tomorrow morning on his right wrist, which will remove loose bodies from the hand.

At the moment, Toronto expects Kyle to miss the next six weeks; which could give him just enough time to be ready for their first-round series of the playoffs in mid-April.

At the moment, the Raptors are currently fourth place in the tight-knit eastern conference, but could lose home-court advantage if Cory Joseph doesn’t provide consistent production in a new role.

With the team just adding Serge Ibaka last week, any momentum they had with the second best starting five unit in the east, is now on hiatus until their team captain returns.
