LBJ clarifies his controversial Jordan commen

Nearly two months ago, LeBron James immortalized himself – bringing the city of Cleveland their first 50 years a professional sports championship for the first time in fifty years.

In an interview with Rachel Nichols, LeBron James spoke on his chances to repeat and not looking over the rest of the entire league for an imminent third NBA Finals meeting between himself and the Golden State Warriors. He also touched on whether or not he was body was on the downhill after 14 straight years of play, including Olympics, but said he’s still in prime physical play.

With retirement looming through for the 31-year-old, the King still wants to remain in the NBA as a future owner of a team, jokingly saying that he expects contracts to go up to $700 million per deal. Before the conversation concluded, he addressed his chasing the ghost of Michael Jordan statements, which many felt offended at comparing himself to the goat.
