LeBron James Stares Down Ersan Ilyasova After Dunking All Over Him

Over the course of the past month or two, there has been growing speculation that LeBron James might join the Philadelphia 76ers after the season is a wrap. This is due in part to the fact that the Sixers are in the Eastern Conference and that’s the easiest path for him to reach the NBA Finals again (away from the Cleveland Cavaliers) and Philly has one of the most promising young teams in the league.

Last night’s game between both teams had plenty of implications, not only in the long term, but directly tied to the postseason.

Not only did the Sixers win help them jump over the Cavs for that No. 3 spot in the conference, but it showed how much of a threat they could be deep into the playoffs, even without their All-Star in Joel Embiid.

One of the highlights of the game was certainly King James dunking all over Ersan Ilyasova. That stare down after the fact was so disrespectful.

But that wasn’t the only impressive thing that happened during the game. Philadelphia had a few too. Peep Ben Simmons with the And-1 move in the open court, dribbling between his legs and dishing to J.J. Reddick for the triple.

Even Markelle Fultz was out here showing out, taking Jordan Clarkson to the basket with a crazy spin move that left his head revolving.

The Cavs came back from being down double digits thanks to LBJ, but it wasn’t enough to steal the win from the young Philly wolves.

Interestingly, James and Simmons both had a triple double. The king finished with a monster 44 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists, while the Fresh Prince finished with 27 points, 15 rebounds and 13 assists on the game.
