Lil B the Based God Officially Puts A Curse on D’Angelo Russell

Lil B made his way to ESPN’s The Jump not too long ago to speak on the Based God curse on Kevin Durant and James Harden and how either of them could lift their bad fortunes on themselves.

Today, he appeared on SportsNation to speak on the same thing and clear up a few other misconceptions on the cursing. On the show, he said if Durant leaves the Oklahoma City Thunder, the curse will transfer over to the new team (so all of you free agent suitors, beware). He was also asked if the Los Angeles Clippers, Austin Rivers and New York Knicks were cursed. All of which aren’t.

The funniest part of the segment was when they asked him who was on the watch list. Of those on the radar, are Cleveland Cavaliers guard Matthew Dellavedova and Los Angeles Lakers rookie D’Angelo Russell. In a stunning turn of events, he openly cursed him and gave a shout out to Nick Young and his fiancee Iggy Azalea for being beautiful people.

There are no details on how Russell can lift the curse, but at the rate the Lakers franchise is going, the Based God has officially kicked the team while they are down.

UPDATE: The Based God has mercy on the Lakers organization and their rookie and agrees to lift the curse.
