Manny Pacquiao Reportedly Signs with Al Haymon & Floyd Mayweather, Planning Adrien Broner Fight

Manny partners with Al & Floyd!

Last month, it was reported that Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao had agreed to a 2019 rematch fight. While this isn’t something the general public cares for anymore, Al Haymon and The Money Team believe they can get to another 9-figure bag with CBS and Showtime.

However, more news emerges this weekend from the Philippines, revealing that Manny has decided to sign a deal with Mayweather’s business partner and adviser, Al Haymon. It’s unclear when the rematch will happen, but Al is planning a January fight between Pacman and Adrien Broner.

With Manny officially leaving Top Rank and ESPN to become a free agent, the Spin PH report reveals that Amir Khan is also being tapped a plan B for Pacman if the fight with Broner doesn’t happen.

Look for more details to emerge in the coming weeks about this deal; including the official date for the rematch showdown in Tokyo, Japan next year. Let us know in the comments what you think.
