Russell Westbrook Now Has 10 Triple Doubles This Season

He’s a machine

If you didn’t catch the Oklahoma City Thunder and Dallas Mavericks matchup on league pass last night, you missed a hell of a game. Not to mention a high scoring affair. Things went down to the wire and rolled in the favor of Dallas, who held on for the win on the road against OKC, who is holding on for dear life to the 8th seed in the Western Conference.

Aside from the last minute nail biter, Russell Westbrook also notched his 10th triple double of the season, putting him in elite company with the likes of Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Grant Hill, and other Hall-of-Famer’s for those who have had 10 triple doubles since the 1988 season. Westbrook ended the game with 31 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists.

He wasn’t the only Thunder player scoring 30 either. Anthony Morrow was on a roll and scored 31, as well as Enes Kanter who had 30 points and 16 rebounds for Oklahoma City.

Monta Ellis led the Mavericks with 26 points and 5 assists, while Chandler Parsons had 22 points and some clutch shots down the stretch.

FINAL: OKC 131 | DAL 135
