When he was in college and going into the NBA Draft, Trae Young was always lauded as the second coming of Steph Curry. Though some reject that notion because of style of play, today he brought back some of those comparisons with a buzzer beater that was hit from DEEP.
Against the San Antonio Spurs in the preseason, Young had the rock in his hands during the final seconds of the game and the score tied at 127.
From the G in Georgia Tech at almost half court, Trae launched and drained it like he had done it before.
Young finished the game with 22 points and 7 assists in 31 minutes to play.
Maybe the Atlanta Hawks might be fun to watch this season after all?
