It’s been two years since Drake last made his way the The Ellen Show for a visit. After the Toronto rapper completes his busy weekend this week (Fallon 5/12, SNL 5/14), Drizzy Drake will make his way out west to visit Ellen DeGeneres on her show as both musical guest and interviewee.
Ellen took to her social media accounts today to announce the news through a hilarious video that goes along with his platinum selling album VIEWS‘ artwork. Seeing Ellen do her usual dancing to start the show, but with a small Drake standing on her shoulder before making his way to atop her head and dancing along with the host to his current No. 1 single “One Dance,” which he’ll likely be performing – and maybe even premiering the music video?
Drake will make his appearance on the show next Monday, May 18th. We might also be lucky enough to get some more funny skits from him for the daytime talk show host.
