C’était un rendez-vous is a short film by Claude Lelouch showing a Mercedes-Benz 450SEL 6.9 being driven in high speeds through the streets of Paris in the early hours of the morning. You can figure out it was a date, as the visual shows the Benz speeding to meet up with a female. Throughout the short film many street violations were broken, as the Mercedes Benz made its way onto sidewalks avoiding pedestrians in its high speeds, speeding through stop lights, and driving on wrong side of the road. It even drove the wrong way on one way streets.
