6ix9ine To Be Released From Prison In August

Looks like 6ix9ine is getting ready to come home this summer. The controversial rapper got the news today and according to the Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator, he will be released on August 2, 2020. Lace Lazzaro (his laywer) also confirmed.

Back in December, Tekashi was sentenced to two years when at the time, he was facing 47 years to life in prison for firearm and racketeering charges. Through cooperation with the federal prosecutors, he received time served (16 months) but had a reduced sentence. As we all know, he testified in open court against Nine Trey Gangsta Blood members Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack, who were convicted shortly after.

6ix9ine will be on supervised released for five years and will have to complete 300 hours of community service. He will also have to pay a $35,000 fine.

That’s five months and counting, ladies and gentlemen.
