XXL Freshmen classmates Dave East and G-Herbo are fresh from delivering their freestyles for the 2016 class. Before we even get the mixtape that features new music from all those selected for the cover this year, the two emcees join together to release a new collaboration together. The new track titled “Do It For” is produced by Black Metaphor and hears the Harlem and Chicago rappers giving up a street oriented track, loaded with tales of what life is like on the streets.
