Drake Is Now Credited as Writer on Kanye West’s “Yikes”

Before Kanye West‘s Ye album was completed, reports came out that Drake had flown out to Wyoming and worked on the album with Yeezy and company. While it wasn’t confirmed, sources were saying the contribution was on “Yikes.”

Even after the effort was released, the 6 God was nowhere in the credits and speculation grew bigger as to where exactly Drizzy provided his musical aid on the project. Now we have that answer.

According to TIDAL credits updated on the streaming service, Aubrey Graham is confirmed to appear on “Yikes” as lyricist and composer, one of eleven on the track. This backs up his claims on “Duppy Freestyle” where he took a shot at West for not writing on his own material.

Pie’rre Bourne and Apex Martin were also credited on “Yikes” as a result of the update.

Other artists and producers that appear on Yeezy’s new album include Wiley and Skepta on “I Thought About Killing You,” PARTYNEXTDOOR on “Wouldn’t Leave” and CyHi the Prynce, Consequence and Malik Usef sprinkled throughout Ye.
