Eminem’s ‘Revival’ Reported Album Delay Explained

Slim Shady invades December!

Last week, many fans were expecting Eminem to release his REVIVAL album, just days before his return to Saturday Night Live. After not getting their wishes Friday morning, the frustration continued to Sunday morning; when he didn’t share any information on its whereabouts after the performance at 30 Rock. Well, according to hits daily double, Universal Music Group has shifted four of their biggest releases in the fourth quarter – U2, Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton and Slim Shady.

To accommodate the two major releases of U2 and Eminem, Staple’s effort will release on December 1st, alongside U2. Bryan will shift his project to December 8th, which is the new rumored date Em has been given for REVIVAL. Marshall Mathers and Paul Rosenberg declined to comment on the matter during their visit to Shade 45 last weekend; but look for the two music legends to formally share details in the coming days. Let us know if you think the project will arrive on 12/8.
