With his new album coming soon, Mayer Hawthorne is getting back to the smooth music. Though we’ve heard plenty of uptempo and funky tunes from him with Tuxedo and his first single off The Game, he slows things down a bit on “The Great Divide.” It’s a laid back banger that will land on our R&B playlist for sure.
