Even with his past troubles, a DMX comeback has always been in talks. Although all we’ve heard recently from the Yonkers native have been unreleased tracks and appearances on TV and podcasts (you know, besides his Snapchat face swap), it seems like an album is almost ready.
Frequent collaborator and fellow Ruff Ryder Swizz Beatz revealed on Instagram that X is waiting on features from Dr. Dre and Kanye West for his new effort. He also congratulated him for being clean and focused and urged fans to send positive energy his way. It seems like Swizzy is one of the few that has heard the new material, so if he’s excited about it, he must be brewing something worthy.
