Suspect Arrested in Connection to XXXTentacion’s Murder

Broward County Sheriff’s Department has a suspect in custody in connection to XXXTentacion‘s unfortunate murder. Dedrick D. Williams of Pompano Beach was arrested and booked for first-degree murder without premeditation, after police pulled him over on highway I-95 for driving without a license. He is being held without bail.

Williams has been arrested previously for charges that include cocaine and weapons possession, domestic violence and aggravated assault with a firearm (when he held a gun to a girlfriend’s head), as well as grand theft auto.

In total, he has at least 11 felonies to his name.

Two more arrest warrants have been issue by police in connection to the homicide, as Broward County Sheriffs believe three people were involved.
