UPDATE: listen to ScHoolboy Q’s Groovy Tony
Earlier today, Anthony ‘Top Dawg’ Tiffith made an announcement that new material from his Los Angeles-based TDE empire would be releasing soon. While Top and Punch have both hinted at multiple releases in the works for the entire year, the camp made good with their promises, delivering Kendrick Lamar’s untitled unmastered compilation album last month.
Now, with some time removed from the K. Dot affair, JAY Z’s streaming service, TIDAL, has now made the announcement that new release from the camp is arriving in a few hours at midnight. It’s unclear what direction the label is going to start their second quarter; so we’ll have to all wait and see whether it’s ScHoolBoy Q, SZA, Isaiah Rashad – or one of the mystery acts they’ve signed.
