Va$htie Celebrates Sade, Kate Moss, Aaliyah & FKA Twigs’ Birthday with “ONE16GOAT” Mix

For those of you who aren’t aware, January 16th is the birthday of four great female musicians and model. Those being Sade, Kate Moss, Aaliyah and FKA Twigs. Director, designer, DJ and all around innovator Va$htie has taken the time out to celebrate each of those talented ladies today with a mix titled “ONE16GOAT.” The 30+ minute mix features classic cuts from both Sade and Aaliyah and a few remixes including one that has FKA Twigs and Aaliyah on the same song.

In honor of these influential and iconic Capricorn women, I wanted to celebrate their lives through a special mix created by me.

Simply titled, #ONE16GOAT, for the animal associated with Capricorn, but also for the acronym “the greatest of all time” in reference to the goddesses born on January 16th.
