XXXTentacion‘s “SAD!” has hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100, following the rapper’s death last week.
The single jumps from number 52 to number one for its first week at the top of the chart, after previously peaking at number seven back in March. “SAD!” is taken from XXX’s final album ?, which debuted at number one earlier this year.
The Florida rapper is the first artist to posthumously top the Hot 100 in a lead role since The Notorious B.I.G. with “Mo Money Mo Problems” in 1997.
