DeMarcus Cousins Drops 55 Points on Portland, Denies Spitting Mouth Piece

Tonight’s Portland Trail Blazers vs. Sacramento Kings game ended something wild.

With 41 seconds left in the fourth quarter and the score tied at 119, it was all DeMarcus Cousins. Boogie went straight at Mason Plumlee with the rock, scoring and getting the foul. Right after the play, he was seen yelling stuff at the Blazers bench and his mouth piece came out.

Whether he spit it out or it came out accidentally is for you to decide.

The fact of the matter is, the refs gave Cousins a technical, ejecting him from the game. After looking at it, they rescinded the technical, calling him back on the court to end the game. It was all pretty bizarre, but it’s Boogie, so what do you expect.

He wasn’t too happy about the accusations of spitting the mouth piece either.

The emotions got the better of him during the post-game interview, saying it’s ridiculous the way they make him out to be the villain every night. He completely denied what the Portland bench accused him of and threw shots at the Blazers big men. It was classic.

C.J. McCollum finished the game with 36 points, Damian Lillard dropped points and had 15 assists and Plumlee had 27 points and 13 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough.
