ESPN Announces Morning Lineup Changes with Jalen Rose & Michelle Beadle

Spring Eighteen…

Last year, Fox Sports 1 launched Skip and Shannon: Undisputed, which was direct competition to ESPN’s First Take. Since its inception on FOX, UNDISPUTED has taken a huge chunk of the audience from ESPN, including Complex TV’s Everyday Struggle also gaining a digital following for their series.

But now, the Disney-operated sports channel is looking to combat its infiltration of viewership, revealing major plans this weekend. Beginning spring 2018, the network will launch a new Mike Greenberg-led series, called Get Up, which will also feature Michelle Beadle and Jalen Rose.

Both Beadle and Rose currently serve as leads on NBA Countdown on the network, as Michelle will be leaving Sports Nation with Cari Champion replacing her. Get Up will air weekdays at 7:00am to 10:00am ET, and will likely be part of the recently announced network move to mid-town Manhattan, which will also happen next spring. Let us know in the comments what you think of this new insane block television with Get Up and First Take following it at 10:00am.

Thank you all for 18 years of memories that will last a lifetime. #MikeAndMike
