We kept seeing reports that Kobe Bryant would be the next member of the Inside The NBA family on TNT, but it doesn’t look like the Black Mamba wanted the job.
So the crew of Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith, Charles Barkley and SHAQ brought someone else to join them. The recently retired Kevin Garnett will be on the basketball comedy hour and last night, they checked in with him to welcome him. He couldn’t be in the studio so he Skype’d in to talk about what it’s going to be, told Chuck not to be a hater, explained his time on SHAQ’tin A Fool and more.
He also spoke on Karl-Anthony Towns and his work ethic, saying he’s really the first one in the gym and sky is the limit for the young Minnesota Timberwolves center.
