After years with the Los Angeles Lakers, Nick Young finally said it was enough and took his talents up north to Golden State and signed a free agent deal with the Warriors. The deal came with a discount, as he could have gotten more money elsewhere.
But at this point in his career, he’s focused on rings.
While riding the trolly in San Francisco, he was asked why he inked the deal with the Dubs and he said it was time for him to get a ring. He saw Javale McGee and J.R. Smith do it, so now he thinks it’s his turn. He wants to be remembered as a winner and he’s hoping he helps the Warriors this season win back-to-back championships.
