Russell Westbrook Makes History Again with Perfect Triple Double

Maybe it’s the fact he makes it so look so effortless or because we’re actually living in it, but either way, Russell Westbrook is making NBA history. Not once, not twice, but he’s doing it a lot this season. His latest? Having the perfect triple double.

Against the Philadelphia 76ers last night, Russ went 6-6 from the field and 6-6 from the free throw line, making him the first player in NBA history to achieve it.

His stat line wasn’t monster, but he got the win.

Westbrook finished with 18 points, 14 assists and 11 rebounds on the night for the Oklahoma City Thunder, giving him his 35th triple double of the season.

So, what’s your reaction to it Russy?

AHHHHHH!

He’s chasing Oscar Roberson for most triple doubles in league history and he’s getting close!
