Donovan Mitchell Talks Utah Jazz, Dunk Contest & More with ESPN

Fresh off his NBA All-Star Dunk Contest win, Donovan Mitchell sat down with Adrian Wojnarowski to speak on some of the things going on with him right now and what he values more this season.

During their conversation, they talk about the summer that changed his life (he worked out with Paul George and Chris Paul and they told him to enter the NBA Draft), how he felt joining the Utah Jazz organization after Gordon Hayward left for the Boston Celtics and being the best player on the hottest team this season. Mitchell said the Rookie of the Year race doesn’t really matter to him because he’s focused more on winning and getting his team into the playoffs.
