LeBron James Talks Mental Health, Bronny Jr. and This Year’s Lakers

In his 18th season, LeBron James has had to endure plenty of criticism, success, and pushed himself physically and mentally throughout his tenure in the NBA.

We know he spends millions of dollars on his body every year, but one thing that has been helping him at this age, interestingly, is meditation.

In this interview with ESPN’s Dave McMenamin, he talks about that and more.

Apparently, the app CALM has helped him get sleep and meditation for the past year (after his wife introduced him to it) and he says that has made the world of difference in his life, which trickles down to basketball. He also touched on this year’s Los Angeles Lakers, saying that everyone has a role and is an MVP, his teammates are fueling him, especially with him being the point guard full-time.

On the subject of Bronny Jr., a lot of emotions are brewing with his son playing versus St. Vincent-St. Mary High School (his alma mater) as part of Sierra Canyon.
